I live in Huntsville, Alabama. I am licensed in Tennessee. The work is Tennessee work: research in Tennessee records, field on Tennessee land, plats and descriptions under PLS 3424.

Correspondence is 1320 McKinley Ave NE, Huntsville, AL 35801. That is a street address, not a virtual mailbox. There is no Tullahoma office and no Nashville office. Field work is on the property.

Rutherford, Williamson, and Davidson closings — Murfreesboro, Franklin, and Nashville — are Tennessee work, not a second office.

Along I-24 that includes Coffee County (Tullahoma) through Hamilton County. An ALTA survey in Nashville or a land surveyor in Chattanooga is the same document job: plat to current standards, description when the file needs it. Winchester and the Marion–Sequatchie–Grundy stretch are on that run.
